Accounting Advantage prides itself on treating your money as if it were our money. We are dedicated to the three underlying principles of professionalism, quality of services and responsiveness. See our values.
Accounting firms, like all providers of personal
financial services, are now required by law to inform their clients
of policies of the firm regarding privacy of client information.
Accounting firms are bound by professional standards of
confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by
law. Here at Accounting Advantage LLC, we are committed to
maintaining confidentiality of all written, spoken, and electronic
client information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards to protect this information.
In the course of our business, we collect personal information about you, my client, that is provided to us by you or obtained with your authorization.
We do not disclose personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone outside of Accounting Advantage LLC unless permitted or required by law, or you have authorized us to do so. Examples of disclosures permitted or required by law include:
Disclosure to independent software providers we contact with to help me provide services to you. In such cases, information is disclosed on a limited basis to solve processing problems that require their technical assistance and is utilized only when you consent in writing.
Disclosure in response to a subpoena or other court order.
Within our firm, I provide access to information to my employees in order to provide services to you and only when you consent in writing.
In all such situations, I stress the confidential nature of information being shared.
Your privacy, our professional ethics, and the ability to provide you with quality financial services are very important to us. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at (716) 312-0030.
